Account Manager International (m/w/d)
full time

 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Designs and effectively coordinates media campaigns regarding communication strategies and tactics by leading and collaborating with our Central and Eastern Europe media teams
  • Builds effective media touchpoint strategies to deliver defined KPIs
  • Creates and manages consistent and cohesive reports based on the regional media activity
  • Based on created reports analyses data to create learnings and optimizations
  • Execute recommended optimizations and improvements
  • Examines documents (media planning/buying) in order to determine its accuracy, quality, or planning benchmarks
  • Organizes workshop, webinars, calls and meetings
  • Cooperates with internal divisions and external stakeholders

Secondary responsibilities:

  • Provides guidance on internal procedures and standards to increase data analysis and reporting
  • Supports regional media teams in optimizing media campaigns, always seeking performance goals are exceeded
  • Leverages customer and industry insights, the best digital solutions, media trends, and best practices across the regional media teams
  • Stays informed on emerging technologies/digital media trends

Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Has knowledge about all media channels
  • Has knowledge how to interpret and optimize the traditional and digital media KPIs
  • High accuracy in numbers, and good understanding of numbers
  • Highly analytical and great problem solving skills
  • Excellent English skills in speaking and writing, used in everyday communication
  • Adept at creating Excel calculation documents and PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to manage time independently – prioritize, organize, and deliver upon multiple priorities within tight timelines. Lead long-term projects
  • Very good written and verbal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment
  • Good knowledge of traditional media planning and buying
  • A proactive attitude and high personal culture

Minimum requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a media agency or a research company
  • Knowledge about media channels or ability to learn fast
  • Understanding of the media planning and buying process
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • German – basic to fluent in speaking, reading and writing
  • Ability to prepare and present PowerPoint presentations

This position is subject to the collective agreement of “Werbung und Marktkommunikation”. The minimum salary is based on group 3 in the 1. +2. year of service. Based on your work experience and qualification we are willing to give a clear overpayment.
